Our Approach to Your Care

Here are just some of the benefits you can expect when working with us:

We offer evening and weekend hours to meet the needs of working professionals.
You may communicate quickly and efficiently with our office via text, email or voicemail.
You do not have to speak to anyone to request a refill, simply leave us a message. We confirm medication refills by text. We also send appointment reminders by text and email.
During administrative hours, phone calls are returned within the hour.
And when you call, my assistant will know you by name and what your preferences are.
If we are unable to schedule your appointment on the date you request, you will be put on our waitlist.
When you arrive, we will not keep you waiting. You will be seen within 5 minutes of your scheduled appt.
We do not charge for prior authorization requests.
We give you our undivided attention during your session. We do not take notes on the computer.
We do not believe in 5 min “med checks.”
You will not feel like one of the masses sitting in an impersonal waiting area. Your treatment is provided in a peaceful home-like setting.
To make payment more convenient we accept Venmo and Zelle as well as credit cards, cash and checks.
